nothing tastes as good as thin feels

SKD Day One

soooo its the end of day one and todays allowed calories was 400. SO

Breakfast - yogurt - 100 cal

                 green tea - 0 cal

Lunch -  Goldfish - about 280 cal

             diet wild cherry pepsi - 0 cal

Dinner -  Huge salad with lettuce, red peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes - 0 cal

              ranch dressing - about 120 cal

Workout - stationary bike for 15 mins - 100 cal

               elliptical for 20 mins - 110 cal

so my total today was around 290/400

oops… welll hopefully tomorrow i get closer to my mark! its a 300 calorie day and i dont have time to go to the gym so hopefully i get it right!

so tomorrow im starting the skinny girl diet, and i will fucking stick to it this time.  I only have six weeks to lose 27 pounds and i have to get this shit done.  I am NOT turning nineteen as a fat lard.  Ill post my intake and everything each day so i dont fuck it up, if anybody wants to do this diet with me, pleaseeee let me know! id love company!
